I will also tell you in advance that if you contact me please don't tell me all the reasons why you can't do something or how bad our life has been. I am a guy that would rather focus on the solution rather than the problem as sometimes we get caught up in feeling bad for ourselves or the suffering etc we never have a chance to actually put all our effort into the solution I also have no sympathy for people who are not willing to make sacrafices in order to regain their health back from crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, IBS, and other IBD's. You would not believe how many times people get in touch with me but tell me they can't do it, their loss when it comes down to it. I can only hope that if you have gone though my site maybe I have directed you in the right direction or given you some incentive to give the SCD diet or another alternative treatment a try.
